How to get service

  1. Generate a service case for repairs & hardware via the Service/RMA Case form

  2. Valid warranty* requires a copy of the original sales invoice

  3. Do you already have a User ID?

Your product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase. See original sales invoice and manufacturer's product warranty terms.

Service Job & Cost
Inspection fee may apply. Repair cost will be quoted for your approval prior to actual service work and/or exchange/upgrade. All service jobs come with a 90 day warranty.
